- A request can be submitted:

- Some activities are performed automatically on the basis of time, statistics, equipment and Game Mechanics.
- The Game may use random elements, in particular when determining battle outcomes, awarding rewards, generating items and obtaining spirits.
- Gameplay outcomes are determined by the Game’s systems using the applicable rules and algorithms.
- The Operator does not guarantee that a User will obtain a particular item, spirit or reward, or reach a particular ranking position, unless this follows expressly from the rules of a particular feature.
- Users should read the rules for individual activities, in particular attempt limits, durations, level requirements and conditions for awarding rewards.
- Using officially provided automatic features does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
§7. Balance, updates and changes to mechanics

- The Operator may change Game Mechanics for justified reasons, in particular to:

- The Operator will communicate significant changes through the Game, the official website or other appropriate channels.
- Where applicable law requires advance notice or a particular procedure for changing a digital service, or grants the User a right to terminate the agreement, the Operator will ensure compliance with those requirements.
§8. Virtual currencies, items and spirits
- The Game includes Virtual Resources that Users may obtain through Game Mechanics.
- Virtual Resources are used solely to access and use the Game’s features.
- Virtual Resources are not legal tender, electronic money or a guaranteed monetary value outside the Game.
- Obtaining a Virtual Resource does not transfer copyright in its artwork, description, name or source code.
- Users are entitled to use the Virtual Resources assigned to their Account in accordance with Game Mechanics and these Terms.
- Virtual Resources may be subject to balance changes, usage restrictions and other modifications provided for in §7.
- The Operator may remove or correct Virtual Resources obtained as a result of a documented technical error, prohibited automation, exploitation of vulnerabilities or fraud, taking account of proportionality and the User’s rights.

- Only resources permitted for exchange by Game Mechanics may be traded.
- Trading may be subject to restrictions concerning level, resource type, number of transactions, costs or other conditions displayed in the Game interface.

- A User who discovers a serious bug that enables an unfair advantage or unauthorized data access should refrain from further exploiting it and report it to the Operator.
- Knowingly distributing ways to exploit active vulnerabilities to facilitate cheating or security breaches is prohibited.
§11. Guilds and social features

- the reasons for the report;
- information helpful in verifying the incident.
- The Operator reviews reports carefully, objectively and without discrimination, taking account of applicable law.
- If restrictions are imposed on content or an Account, the Operator provides the affected User with a statement of reasons where required by law.
- Making a report does not automatically result in content removal or punishment of the User concerned.
§13. Account sanctions and restrictions
- Breaching these Terms may result in sanctions proportionate to the nature, seriousness and circumstances of the violation.
- As a general rule, the Operator uses the following measures:
- a warning;
- removal of prohibited content or correction of unfairly obtained benefits;

- When selecting a measure, the Operator may take account of:
- the nature of the violation;
- the extent of the harm caused;
- its effect on other players;
- previous violations;
- whether it was intentional;
- steps taken to remedy its effects.
- In the event of a particularly serious violation, including fraud, a security breach or an actual threat to other Users, the Operator may temporarily secure an Account before completing verification.
- Permanent suspension without a prior warning may be imposed where justified by the seriousness of the violation.
- The Operator does not impose sanctions solely for reporting a bug, making a complaint or exercising rights available to the User.
- Users will be informed of significant restrictions, the reasons for them and available ways of challenging the decision, to the extent required by law.
§14. Appeals against sanctions
- Users may challenge decisions restricting or suspending their Account.
- The primary appeal channel is the official ticket system available on the Haunt Hustle Discord server.
- If accessing Discord is impossible, Users may email an appeal to [email protected].
- An appeal should identify the Account, the challenged decision and the reasons for challenging it.
- The Operator re-examines the matter, taking account of the available information and circumstances.
- Appeals are handled without undue delay.
- If a decision proves unjustified, the Operator will take appropriate steps to revoke it or correct its effects.
- The Operator’s appeal procedure is free of charge.
- This procedure does not limit the User’s right to seek available legal remedies.
§15. Closed beta and progress resets
- The Operator may make the Game available as part of closed prerelease testing.
- Closed beta access may require a prior application and the Operator’s approval.
- Joining the official Discord community does not automatically grant beta access.
- The beta version may contain bugs, unfinished features and mechanics requiring further changes.
- Progress earned during the closed beta is not intended to carry over to the public launch.
- Before the public version begins, the Operator plans to reset gameplay progress, including in particular character levels, statistics, equipment, resources, collections, achievements and results.
- Users acknowledge that participation in the closed beta does not guarantee retention of progress after testing ends.
- Where possible, the Operator will give participants appropriate advance notice of the timing and scope of the reset.
- Resetting gameplay data does not automatically mean deleting the Account or all personal data. The Privacy Policy sets out the rules for data processing.
- After the public launch, any further resets or significant changes to progression will be subject to the service change rules in §7 and applicable law.
§16. Game availability and maintenance
- The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Game operates correctly.

- Users may submit complaints concerning improper provision of services, Account operation or the operation of the Game.
- Complaints should be sent to [email protected].
- A complaint should include information allowing it to be identified and assessed, in particular:
- the email address assigned to the Account or another identifier allowing verification;
- a description of the problem;
- the circumstances in which it arose;
- the requested solution, if the User wishes to specify one.
- The Operator may request additional information necessary to handle the complaint.
- The Operator will respond without undue delay and within the periods required by applicable law.
- Where applicable Polish law provides a fourteen-day response period for a consumer complaint, the Operator will comply with that period.
- The complaint procedure is free of charge.
- These Terms do not limit consumer rights arising from applicable law.
§18. Termination of services
- The agreement to use the Game is concluded for an indefinite period unless the specific terms of a particular service lawfully provide otherwise.
- Users may stop using the Game by deleting their Account.
- The Operator may decide to discontinue all or part of the services for justified reasons, in particular:
- permanent discontinuation of the project;
- inability to continue maintaining the infrastructure;
- significant technical obstacles;
- the need to comply with legal requirements;
- other significant circumstances preventing continued provision of the services on the existing terms.
- If the Game is to be discontinued, the Operator will give Users appropriate advance notice, allowing them, where possible, to prepare for the end of services.
- Information about the planned discontinuation of the Game will be communicated through the official website, in-game notices or email.
- In the event of a sudden security threat, failure or circumstances beyond the Operator’s control, advance notice may not be possible.
- Discontinuing the Game does not remove obligations arising from law, in particular those concerning data protection, liability for the services provided and consumer rights.
- The Privacy Policy sets out detailed rules for handling data after services end.
§19. Intellectual property rights
- The Haunt Hustle name, artwork, music, sound effects, text, code and other elements of the Game are protected under applicable law to the extent of the rights held in them.
- Using the Game does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to the User.
- Users obtain a non-exclusive right to use the Game for their own purposes in accordance with these Terms and the purpose of the service.
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, sale or use of protected Game elements in a way that infringes the Operator’s or third parties’ rights is prohibited.
- Users may publish screenshots, recordings and streams showing gameplay, including on platforms that allow content monetization, provided that the materials:
- do not suggest a nonexistent official partnership or endorsement by the Operator;
- do not infringe third-party rights;
- do not use Game materials unlawfully;
- are not used for fraud or impersonation of the Operator.
- The Operator may set additional rules for using Game materials in separate guidelines without infringing rights arising under applicable law.
§20. User content
- Users retain the rights to content they have created themselves and for which they hold the relevant rights.
- By making content available through the Game’s social features, Users grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, technically reproduce, display and make that content available to the extent necessary to provide the Game’s services.
- The licence covers only actions justified by the operation of the Game and its official features.
- Users represent that making their content available does not infringe other people’s rights.
- The Operator may take action against unlawful content or content breaching these Terms under the rules in §11–14.
- Account deletion and termination of content use are subject to applicable law, including copyright, privacy and personal data protection law.
§21. Changes to these Terms
- The Operator may change these Terms for justified reasons, in particular:
- changes in the law;
- changes in the scope of services;
- introduction of new features;
- changes in how Accounts are administered;
- updates to security and moderation rules;
- changes to the Game’s operating model.
- Users will receive appropriate advance notice of significant changes to the extent required by law.
- Where a change requires the User’s consent, the Operator will obtain it before applying the amended terms.
- Where Users have a right to terminate the agreement or use other remedies in connection with a change to these Terms, those rights remain unaffected.
- The current version of these Terms will be available on the official Game website.
- The Operator may make archived versions of these Terms available so that the conditions applicable during a particular period can be established.
§22. Future paid features
- At the time these Terms take effect, the Game does not offer paid features or the ability to purchase Virtual Resources for real money.
- The Operator may decide in the future to introduce paid features, including cosmetic elements or premium currencies.
- Introducing payments will require appropriate advance information about prices, purchase rules, consumer rights and payment handling and, where necessary, an update to these Terms.
- Introducing future monetization does not automatically oblige existing Users to make purchases.
- Until payments are officially made available, no User should pay anyone claiming to sell currency, equipment or access to Game features.
§23. Final provisions
- These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their countries of habitual residence.
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable law.
- No provision of these Terms deprives Users of rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
- Disputes may be resolved amicably or, where agreement cannot be reached, by the competent courts in accordance with the applicable rules of jurisdiction.
- These Terms are available in Polish and English. Both versions should reflect the same rules; any differences in interpretation are resolved with regard to applicable law and the User’s rights.
- Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
- These Terms take effect on 26 October 2026.
